Positive Fitness is just what it says it is. It's all about getting you fit and healthy in a positive way. Our goal is that you enjoy your training experience so much that you choose to make exercise a regular part of life - just like brushing your teeth (not quite three times a day though!)

  

If you like the idea of being fit, but find it hard to incorporate exercise into your busy schedule, have lost interest in programs, or don't enjoy the gym environment, then Positive Fitness has the answer. We offer outdoor group training, outdoor and indoor personal training (we have a lovely fully equipped indoor studio) and a range of running coaching programs catering for all ages and fitness levels, even the pure beginner starting out.

 

Believe it or not, regular exercise gives you both physical and mental benefits that last way beyond your time with us. It really is the perfect antidote to stress and is a tremendous boost to self-esteem and confidence. There really are no down sides!

  

Positive Fitness believes in the importance of life balance and enjoying the many luxuries in life, like a few chocolates and a glass of wine now and then (not every day ... sorry!). It's all about having an even balance, and this includes exercise too. We are not a boot camp, nor will we scream and shout and tell you to drop for 20! If this is what motivates you, then there are plenty of other training services that we can recommend.

  

  

Group Exercise  

Group exercise is a great way to meet new friends, have a few laughs and is a cost effective way to exercise outdoors. Our sessions consist of small friendly groups that are held daily outside in the beautiful parks and ovals around Mosman. We pride ourselves on our creativity in planning fun, varied and results-driven workouts, leaving you feeling positive and energised.

Running

Believe it or not, everyone can run. Positive Fitness offers a variety of running services catering for all levels. Our six-week Learn to Run course is great for the pure beginner or for those who may have run in the past and are looking to get back into running. We also offer programs for specific running events as well as personalised programs for individuals who are looking to improve on their times. Click here for more details  

  

  

Personal Training

If you have a specific goal that requires an individualised program, then Positive Fitness offers One on One sessions either outdoors, in your home or at the Positive Fitness studio in Mosman. Your program will be specific to your goals, fitness levels and capabilities. We will also help you in other areas of health and fitness, such as nutritional advice, guidance for training outside of Positive Fitness as well as a bucket load of encouragement, motivation and support along the way.

    

We have one mission and that is to make you fitter, healthier, more energised and feel positive about yourself and your fitness.
