Group Exercise 

  

Group sessions are a great way to have fun, get fit and meet new friends. At Positive Fitness our outdoor group sessions are based on circuit and interval training. The sessions involve resistance training, (weights, medi balls, TRX straps, bands) cardio based circuits and boxing. Every session is an all-over body workout which is by far the most effective for calorie burning, getting fitter and stronger. Our sessions are designed for you to work within your own fitness limits. We are not a boot camp and will never ask you to do more than you are capable of .
